Свет в данном случае простой - справа большой светящийся прямоугольник "окно". И HDRI-шка на окрущении. Собственно всё.

Теперь в вирее делаю также. Настройки люблю точные. Производные от Vray Universal settings из хелпа, и bruteforce на обоих GI
